I hate my apartment complex - Comments

I had the most horrible neighbours, they played music from 9pm until 5am and I was only 10. They had two dogs (which I think were a banned breed) which they locked in their shed and didn't let them out. They barked all night long. We called something called the noise police, they came over and it got better. But the fact your neighbours seem so aggressive is a problem, if they are renting or are in a council owned house you could call the landlord or the council and complain, they could throw them out. That happened to my other neighbours. I haven't had very good experiences with neighbours!!! I wish you luck and I hope it stops, because I know exactly what you're going through x

I'm so so so sorry for your neighbors, that truly does stink :(
My grandma lives below some couple who party a ton and she can't get anything done when they're partying at 2 AM. The neighbors who live behind me have.... I am not kidding you, my Mom went over to complain one time.... Skinny Dipping parties with blaring, inappropriate (I have two little brothers) past 3 AM on any given day in the summer. My city has no noise ordinance, so maybe this might help you. She called the police's non-emergency number and had them come over during one of their parties unexpectedly and caught them being loud and inappropriate so he talked to them. The parties haven't stopped, but they've gotten better. My mom also started a petition which was pretty effective. I highly suggest starting a petition with your surrounding neighbors. I'm praying for you!

If they are being nosy and are trying to destroy property, you have very right to call the police. File the report and let the cop know what exactly been happen. Even the tell the manager. If they neighbors start up again, call the police again. Especially do it when there is a party. If there is any more stuff happening to your moms car, take pictures.
