I've been going through this for quite awhile now, almost exactly. I would be crying all the time, smothering myself mentally in so many different ways, among other terrible things I would do to myself. It came to a head this past year, and suddenly, my loved ones were pushing me to get help. That push felt terrible enough.
I mean, you aren't the only one going through this. My problems are pretty similar. I don't want to say you're normal, because that's not right, but I can definitely relate.
