What Does Your Username Mean? - Comments

I've had the same username forever that I used first way (way way way WAY) back on Quizilla, then moved to FanWorks, and now here. I didn't use capital letters in it at all until I joined Mibba, and I don't know why. But it's M-one-C-love-R. I love My Chemical Romance, I'm still hoping that I wake up one day and find out that I was dreaming about their breakup. But, I guess I just wanted to use their name somehow. It may be a little lame, but it stuck. Plus, I like the sound of "Moan Clover." I don't know why. Weird...

I change mine too often to say. lol. But my current one is just something I came up with that I am planning to write. Sector Nineteen-Three is a forbidden side of a facility.

Mine is from a line in The Dark Knight Rises where John Blake (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) mumbles 'gotham's finest' in annoyance and I just really like it.

Mine comes from a Placebo song:

I guess I sort of picked it because a username is like putting on an online mask.

A lot of my previous usernames had better meaning, like I was "irrelevant." for the longest time and I chose it because I'm one of those people that don't really stand out. I tend to fade into the background and become a bit, well, irrelevant.

As for "hearts;", I don't really know. I just kind of liked the sound of it and I'm a bit obsessed with love and I judge people based off of what I can see of their heart. Outward appearances don't mean much to me.

My name comes from the song Her Name Is Alice by Shinedown. I've been called names that include 'Alice', like Alice In Chains, Alice Cooper, Alice In Wonderland.

The reason I chose HerNameIsAlice was cuz it was just simple. Her name is Alice. My name is basically Alice. Never get called Allison anymore.

Mine is just a joke. The Rev isn't dead he's out there being a bartender. Lol. And the whole "jeh" at the end is actually the first three letters of my name haha.

I've had several usernames...but SupaSupera has always been my favorite name. When I first joined this site I got on chat as MissEmoLonerFreak and....I catfished. I had a picture that wasn't me and was 'emo'. And I also said I was pregnant. (No idea why)....anyways, I made friends and eventually told everyone the truth. And then I felt very empowered and decided people liked me for me. Not this fake me. So, I put a real picture up, told people to call me Maddy instead of Maddie. And then I changed my name...I at first had random meaningless names...but eventually I somehow came up with SupaSupera (Sup (like Soup) Uhh and then Sup (soup ) era (ear) uhh) and this is my favorite name. to me it means being a hero. To overcome things and to grow. So now I'm just all...Be your own hero. Which I think I've done by showing I can be strong now. I also had different names I liked like LuckyButton and then I had an icon avatar that said push. And then I had another name that stuck for awhile...something Poptart....Idk. :D

Well I think mine is pretty obvious lol. I'm a Matt girl which you already knew. He is my husband so that's why I'm Mrs. Shadows, his wife lol. I've had others which I'm sure you've noticed. When I first came on here I was Angelina Saunders because I have always loved that name and that's what I wanted my name to be but sadly it's not. I was Angelina Shadows for awhile because I fell in love with M. Shadows and yeah. I was also Shadows' Harlot because I am his harlot and I'm not ashamed. He could bend me over the bed and take me whenever and wherever he wants haha ;)

I grew up in the middle of bible belt, where you were shuned for being different. Me and my friends were always the out cast, so it was just our little fuck you to every body that thought they were better than us.

Mine is from a story I wrote a few years ago. A story about a town that tried to cover up the secret of hundreds of children's deaths because of a gas explosion. It's called psychotic secrets because not all the children died, and were shut into the school. Thus, creating the town's psychotic secrets.

I also love horror and anything to do with it. Thought it was an awesome name. I use it for everything.

Mines actually the name of a band, but that's not why I picked it.
I thought it was a creative name for a writer. To me, writers are artists because they create things. But also poets with how they use words and such. So, it's just the question of, as writers, are we artists or poets or both?
