Yeah, previous offenses should really be warned though if they're going to be thrown back in your face at a later date without you knowing that you're breaking rules in the first place.

handle the situation; however, I believe that Audrey and other Admins have spoken to you about how the decision was finalized?
What was taken into account was not only the discussion but previous offenses on both sides.

Can you give an example of one that doesn't involve a threat? I feel like bashing has been all over the board lately. I got called 'unintelligent' but got banned for telling that user to use a dictionary, while they weren't banned for insulting my intelligence. It's very up in the air and I think it has to do more with who you piss off right now.
