For all you old-y writers - Comments

  • My first stories were horrible and embarrassing too. I started writing stories in 2005 when I was in the 5th grade. I was 12. The first one I ever posted here was this MCR fanfiction where this all girl rock band when on tour with them. One of the characters was based off of me and another was based off of my best friend at the time. I was in the eighth grade. Anyway, the characters fell in love with Mikey and Gerard and I don't even know...So completely embarrassing. But I remember quite a few people actually liked it and I'm thankful for that because it helped me to continue writing so that I could get better at it and now I'm an author. What do my first stories say about me? I had a kind of odd view of the world and how things worked. I had an odd view about relationships and knew nothing about sex. Now at the age of 20, I still have more to learn and more time to improve my writing but I've definitely improved a lot since I first started writing.

  • I'm such an older writer that my family didn't have a computer when I wrote my first story. I've been writing for 21 years. I think I posted my first story in seventh grade. It was Backstreet Boys fanfic with an awful Mary Sue.

  • Facepalm Omg, do I cringe when I remember my first stories and poems ever; I still get all red and ashamed about it when I think about them. I can't remember my actual first story posted on Quizilla, but it sucked because I didn't start developing writing skills until I got to college (I knew how to properly write in Spanish because I was raised in Mexico and studied there until high school, but I sucked at writing in English so hard). Not to mention the horrible mary sueness and gary sueness of my characters Facepalm

My poems, all in Spanish, I do still have them... sadly XD I read them once in a while to check how there's been progress, but I get so embarrassed of myself XD
