I have experience with this, hanging around boys who are mechanics and i am one myself. You really cant push them. They are simple dudes. I have a comfortable relationship with my boyfriend, because I accept that he loves his car like it's his child, we share his time. His friends dont get time. Hahaha, im lucky though, he picks me over his friends, i think cause I was his best friend to start out with idk. But all I can say is, dont panic, probably just a phase. occupy yourself with something you love
