I'm glad it does, haha. Me too. It's good to see him looking so happy and healthy. :)
It's not really cheesy, it's true. They don't understand music the way I do. They don't think about it in the same mindset as me and they don't really care for having idols to look up too, so they really never would understand it, even if I were to sit and explain it to them. And yeah, fuck them. But not literally, haha. xx

It makes sense completely, don't worry! I'm happy he's gotten better, too (obviously...what kind of fan would I be if I wasn't lol). He looks so healthy and ten times younger!
I'm sure they will. If not, take those fools out! Don't let them give you any shit because, as cheesy as it sounds, they will never understand. Fuck them. xx

I heard about all that stuff with Billie! He's my sister's biggest idol and she didn't quite know what to think when it all happened, but she's always supported him and she always will. I'm a huge fan of him myself, so I was in shock when it all kicked off, but I didn't stop supported him and I'm glad he's alright. It's horrible to be made fun of for looking up to someone through everything because something's happened related to secrets they've kept successfully hidden from the public for so long. It hurts a lot.

It'll take a long time to find a replacement for him and what he meant to me, but I'm sure that with a lot of losing myself in my world of music, I'll find someone else. It shouldn't be too hard. I hope.

I hope they'll move on too. I thought going to college would take me away from being bullied, not start it all up again. xx

And I apologise if nothing of my messages make sense. I'm tired, overwhelmed with various emotions and it's 1 in the morning in the UK. o-O

I know. I thought for the longest time on if I should even write it. It shook me up even to consider it.

Thank you for your comment! I felt that it needed to be recognized that these people are hurting and that they should not feel bad for being a fan. I love your name, by the way! xx

For sure! I heard about it a few months ago when he was first accused, and I'm not gonna lie and say I was ont he same boat as you with the "innocent until proven guilty" mindset for this case. I assume this was because I'm not really a fan. Even so, I hoped that it was not true because it's not that I hate the band...I just never got into them. They have a good sound and I support the rest of the guys.

I'm so sorry these people are being so cruel to you. I get hurt when people make fun of Billie in anyway, so I cannot even fathom how much worse this is. There was a whole fiasco at iHeartRadio music festival last year brought on a lot of mean jokes about him, but this was dampened by how many people thought what he did was downright awesome and entertaining. It must really upset you and again, I'm so very sorry. I would sic myself on them if I knew who and where! Ahaa

I'm glad I could help you during this truly sucky time. I can't just say you will find a replacement for what he meant to you, because if someone told me that about Green Day, I'd call serious bs. It's not something you can shake.

I hope the chumps at your college will move on like you will and that things will start to look up for you. xx

It made my heart hurt just reading about Billie Joe being a monster.

I still can't believe it. It came on the news while I was watching TV last night and I could almost literally feel my heart shattering. I've looked up to him and Lostprophets for longer than I can remember. They were one of the first bands I heard, one of the first to inspire me to follow any dream I set for myself, and one of the first to somehow help me find the confidence in myself that I really did need. I believe in the "innocent until proven guilty" thing, and honestly, I was hoping with everything in me that it was all a big lie and he was innocent. Hearing that he pleaded guilty pretty much straight away... I just broke. I literally broke. He's been my idol for so long and now... I don't even know.
I'm always going to love the band and the music they made. It's right at the heart of everything that has made me who I am, and I'm always going to respect the rest of the band, and their families and friends. And Ian? I'm pretty much the laughing stock at college recently. Everyone knows I loved and looked up to him, and now I'm the biggest joke of the month because I'd supported him and convinced myself he was innocent. A part of me will always love him for what he did for me through his music, and the rest of me is thankful he's facing the consequences of his actions and that he's away from society so he can't commit anymore of these horrific crimes.

I apologise if my pointless, kind of emotional ranting bored you or whatever, but I guess it's my way of saying thank you for this blog. I'm a fan of him and the band, and I've been so close to having a meltdown since it came on TV and started spreading through Facebook. This little blog, and your note for his fans to stay strong just gave me a little push in the right direction to get myself back on track, get over it and keep moving forward. So thank you.

And happy Thanksgiving. I hope you're having a wonderful day. <3

This was such a great blog, honestly. I've never even heard a song from Lostprophets and my heart was heavy for the victims. I've seen quite a few blogs with the attitude of "Haha, you were a Lostprophets fan, you must feel reallllyyy stupid now!" But you've taken on the same mindset I have, I feel bad for them; it's unimaginable having an idol turning out to be a twisted, inhumane person.

And also like yourself, Billie Joe is my idol ^_^

    Happy Thanksgiving!!

    God Bless

    xoxo
