Yeah, it's incredibly unfair that his band, friends and family also have to go through the consequences of his actions. I feel bad for them and the victims- not for the guy who caused it all.

Yeah... tbh, I was thinking Dahvie Vanity was going to have some charges like that before anyone else. Eh, goes to show that you never really know someone.

I know the basics about this Ian Watkins thing and I agree that it's completely disgusting and I was expecting this more from Dahvie Vanity before anyone else.

I agree with you. The only people who I feel sorry for are the victims and his family/friends and band members, because they all have to live with the aftermath of his perverted choices. They're the ones who will have to deal with the repeat questions "Did you know? How come you didn't see it?" etc. which is unfair, since it's not something a person would boast about so of course they didn't know and couldn't have... it's all just really messed up.

As for his prison sentence, I assume he'd be separated from the rest of the inmates like all other pedophile or "Rock Spiders" as they're known by in Jail here in Aus. It sucks, but I suppose the jail has to offer some form or protection from the other inmates... which just goes to show how heinous his crime is if even other criminals would want to beat/kill him for it.

I mean, they might. I can't say I know, though- I don't know much about our justice system, so I can’t say I know about the justice system in the UK. I have a feeling they won't.

I wonder how the UK arranges their prisoners though. Here, we separate pedophiles for safety reasons... Not that the guards stick with it.

Yeah, but he could have been innocent on that. Unlike Ian Watkins, who's definitely facing a harsh sentence for his crime that no one denies his involvement in.

But with MJ, it's possible that he was really innocent. It's not the same as Ian Watkins/ Chris Brown, who have been proven to be guilty of their shitty crimes.
