This is absolutely ridiculous. It's people like her that live to make people feel shitty about themselves. And the thing that irks me the most is that she took the content without asking the author permission. Why did she even have to bring up fan fiction in the first place? That wasn't even what she was there to talk about. I hope she looks back on this and realizes what a huge mistake she made and that she made a complete ass out of herself.

I don't write Sherlock fics, I don't have the guts to attempt, but I read lots of them and I've read the story in question. It's an amazing story and for Caitlin Moran to just belittle it and mock it like she did, is disgusting! The poor author feels terrible that her work was thrust upon Benedict and Martin like that, I hope the message she wrote to each of them is read and understood by each of them.

Caitlin should be ashamed of herself.
