I agree with this so much! I get like this often and I'll try and force myself to write and it comes out crappy. It sucks

Yes. Ugh, I have been missing my muse for over a year now and it's so frustrating.

    This. So. Much.

It's definitely not easy to fix writer's block. I had writer's block for two years and during those two years, I had a bunch of ideas in my head. I knew what I wanted to write, but I couldn't. I got so frustrated because every time I would tell myself that I'd finally write what's been in my head, but once I got to the laptop, I just sat there with my hands on the keyboard waiting for my ideas to finally be written in words. But the words just couldn't come out.

    It really sucks. Sad

I know the feeling, I've been close to tears before now. In fact I'm feeling like that at the moment with my most recent story and it's really frustrating because I'm writing the third chapter. If you ever get writers block, try taking a break from it. I know as a writer you won't want to, but it might help.

@ piercethecharlie I have writer's block so often just when I'm getting somewhere and I've honestly just cried because I can't make the words come out.

You basically said what goes through my mind a lot while writing. I hate it when I get a case of writers block and people who know I write tell me it's easy to fix, it makes me want to slam their pretty little faces into a wall.

It's so frustrating when you spend hours on end staring at blank screen or a blank piece of paper. Both myself and a friend who are co-writing together, have that problem a lot with the story we're working on because we have to make it fit with the first three and that has been one of my biggest challenges so far.

I personally don't believe any tutorials that tell you how to beat writers block, I've tried every possible thing ever to get rid of it when it hits but all the techniques I've used have failed me so far. It's the biggest problem of being writer, you sort of sit there waiting for it to happen, waiting for the words to come out but they don't. I've screamed out loud so many times because of it.

This post deserves all the awards. You deserve all the awards for this post. Well said! :)
