What Not To Do When Writing - Comments

If I use a thesaurus it is to find another word for one I've already used, but I literally have to find 10 examples of how to use it first

I use a thesaurus too, but most of the time it's to find the word that I'm like "GAHHH what word am I thinking of, it's right there in my mind >_<"

This is a good list though. I agree with all your points, especially for the last one. English isn't my native language so it trips me up when I read something and think, Is that how the word is supposed to be used?

I'm kind of guilty with the last one. Sometimes when I'm typing a different word comes to mind and I have to look it up to see if it would fit or if there is another word that would. I don't know, I just don't want to use the same word over and over again
