This is exactly how I feel! Oh my gosh I thought I was the only one and I had like a disease or something XD
Sometimes, it's not even a "today I love myself" "today I hate myself" kind of thing. It happens at the same time.
I'll literally be like "wow I'm such a writing nerd, no wonder people think I'm weird" but then a second later I'll feel, "Elegance is a virtue! Write on!" XD
I, for one, think you are utterly fabulous, and I hope you think that too :)
