That's so awesome. To me, she seems like a nice person. If I happen to come across a picture of Shadz and Val, they look happy with each other and look like one of those couples that grows old together.

And she is gorgeous. I first saw her and was like "day-um girl, you're really pretty." And when I found she's Shadz's girl I thought "Way to go Matt." Lol

I met Val and had a conversation with her about her outfit. She's so down to earth and nice, I can't imagine anyone hating on her. She's breathtakingly beautiful and all around a genuine person. I'm really happy that Matt has her and she has him.

I don't see why people even worship the wags. I mean I understand if they are nice and stuff but they're not the band themselves so I don't get why people give them a lot of attention. I know she's helped the band but I hate when people say she made Avenged or I'm not a fan all because I pay her no attention. But I do think Valary is one of the few wags out there that's actually nice to fans and doesn't get in the way of them meeting the band or her husband.

    Lol.
A friend of mine asked me one day "What if Synyster Gates came to your door asking for you?"

I told her, "Its the best dream ever and you should keep me in a coma" lol.

Me either, and yeah, I thought she seemed cool on there but you never know how someone really is unless you know them.

Same here, and I would like to think I have a little more self respect than some of these girls that just throw themselves at guys like that just because they're famous. Of course, if Mr Gates turned up at my house then that would be a different story altogether. Hahaha

I agree, it creeps me out too much to use their wives in stories, I just feel weird doing it haha. I feel like, through watching videos and seeing them live, that I've got to know the guys, their personalities. Whereas, I know nothing about their other halves so I would never choose to write about them. Each to their own though, if people want to write about them, I wouldn't stop reading a story because of it. Unless they make them overly bitchy, that gets on my nerves haha.

As for the "unfaithful" stuff, the girls knew what they were getting themselves into when they got with the guys. They're rock stars, it's almost expected haha. What I don't like is silly little girls on the internet, slagging them off and getting their knickers in a twist over it. Why should it bother them what they do and who with, as long as they're making awesome music, I couldn't care less where they put themselves haha.

I'll get to the profile comment in a little bit, on my phone at the moment and it likes to spazz on me if I write too much haha.

Also, I don't get why people go to the other extreme of worshiping their partners, same as Rach said. They're not famous themselves, just by association. So some people can take it too far either way.

As for using them in stories, it doesn't bother me that some people do, but I choose not to, only because it feels a little creepy to me. Haha. I'd rather just make up a partner, especially if they're a bitch. But that's just me Smile

I've heard stories about the guys being "unfaithful" from a source who has actually hung out with them, which is probably why girls think they have a chance. But either way, it's stupid to hate on a complete stranger because of who she's dating/married to.

And I say "unfaithful", because for all I know they have an agreement such as an open relationship or what happens on your, stays on your. Regardless, I try not to judge since I have no idea what their lifestyles are like. They make awesome music, that's all I care about. Haha.

Exactly. I didn't know about Val until the All Excess DVD. and once I saw her I was like "wow she's pretty"

Sure I find the guys incredibly good looking, but I would never try to get in their pants. I'm a person who greatly respects marriage.

Thanks for following me!! Very Happy

I totally agree with what you said.
It takes a strong relationship for these women to be with the members of such a successful band, who has quite the female population in their fanbase. Although I think it helps that these women have been with these guys since they were kids, which is a reason why I don't understand why these fangirls think that they could be with the guys.

I agree with Damsel, I don't understand all the hate they get. On the other hand, I don't understand all these blogs on Tumblr who worship the wives/girlfriends o.0 If it wasn't for the band being famous, we would never know who they were haha.

Followed you on Tumblr too, just because haha

Honestly, I have never understood on hating on a band members spouse. Like hannahdollx said, it's not like any of these girls have a real shot in hell of hooking up with these guys, whether they're single or not. Personally, I'm indifferent to their spouses... meaning, I don't know anything that can be called true facts about them to judge them, y'know?

The only thing I think when I think about their partners is how difficult it would be having a husband/boyfriend who is always on tour and rarely at home... I hate when I don't see my boyfriend for a few days, let alone a few weeks +. That would suck. Not to mention dealing with knowing women would be constantly throwing themselves at their men... jeez, talk about having to be extremely secure in your relationship! I certainly don't envy that... I would hate feeling like you couldn't trust a good 70% of females that come near your partner.

Its okay. I do that sometimes. I get uncomfortable seeing personal pictures from the band. Why would anyone want to be that creeper on someone(s)??

On tumblr I saw a pic of Matt and Valary on the wedding day. I only reblogged it to prove my point that Shadz is happy with Val.

I don't like it when people get noisy in my personal life, so I wouldn't do it to others. If they share something, thats one thing. But snooping around is just creepy.

    Now I'm ranting, lol

Yeah. I know there's going to be hate when famous, but it gets really ridiculous.

I personally love the girls to pieces even if I do make them a bit crazy in stories. It doesn't always mean you hate them.

I just don't understand the hate they get. When I was young, sure, but when you're my age hating on the wives of famous people that you're never gonna get with? It's time to grow up at that point. I see stuff on Suzy's Facebook all the time where she puts people on blast for stealing pictures or Brian and Michelle's wedding video. I know I'm a pretty curious person, but if they wanted to share that stuff with the fans they would have....Sorry, I'm getting off on a tangent.

I used to dislike the girls, but then I grew up and realized how amazing they really are for putting up with the guys. I've seen people say that Michelle forced Brian to marry her after Jimmy died and stupid stuff like that, but they seem to forget that the guys are human beings, just like we are, and they aren't stupid. They're grown ups and they can make decisions themselves, nobody's going to force them into doing anything they don't want.

As for the story thing, I think making the wives/girlfriends bad people simply because you don't like them is bs, but I can understand if it's like an AU or something, and you want full creative ability to do whatever you want, so that's the way you choose to use them. Situations like that do happen in real life, so.

I do it but only in two stories, but it doesn't mean that I hate them. I make band members sometimes the bad guys too, but of course I don't hate them either.

But some people write stories and make the loved ones the bad guys because they don't like them at all and that bothers me a bit.

I try my very best never to judge someone before I get to know them.

It's pretty blatant, especially in fanfiction. I can't count the amount of times I've seen a girlfriend/fiancee/wife turned into a cheater or a manipulator or just something really bad.
