@ Theonlyonetoknow thank you! She hasn't said a single word to me since she got home, well I asked if she wanted a light left on and she just nodded but dinner was just pure silence. I was thinking about going to a doctor tomorrow but I'm not sure yet. Thank you x

@ raw. Hey, if your mum probably just needs time to adjust. Knowing that you've harmed yourself probably breaks her heart, it did my mum when she found about me. She blamed you because she didn't understand I imagine, and if she doesn't give you support/love then you should go see the doctor and get them to explain it to her...I don't really know what else to say apart from don't lose hope! It may get worse before it gets better, but it will get better. Hope this helped even a little bit x

@ Norman Reedus I hope my parents will support me. My mum knew back a few years ago I was suicidal and she didn't take it too well and started blaming me for things. I just hope it doesn't happen again as we haven't been seeing eye to eye recently. But thank you so much :)

I think they might need time to process it considering that you're their kid but in the end, I think it's for the better that you told them. They'll be able to show support for you on a different level since they love you. It's tough that they know that someone they love harmed themselves before but at least you've manage to fight through that :)

Also, congratulations on being clean for that long! :)
