I suggest if you feel like you're stuck in a rut and you're not on the path you wanted to be on, then the best way to get there is to try new things. Not sure what part of Oz you're from, but I suggest looking into a part-time music course through something like TAFE. Look into what's on offer and pick one that is gonna be suited best to your interests and just give it a try. The fact that you're passionate about music can really give you the drive to get up and do it and who knows where it could lead you with a career
As for the boyfriend, maybe try talking to him about where you're coming from. If he's firm on waiting for longer than you feel is reasonable or doable for you, then maybe it's best to part ways sooner rather than later. Maybe even find out if he's willing to at least try other things to sort of tide you over until he's ready to have sex. Just a suggestion
