I love band tattoos! whether it's for a specific band member or their logo or a meaningful lyric, I love it.

I say go for it! Band tattoos are always pretty cool. I personally have an HP tattoo, which I'm sure a lot of people think I'm crazy for, but it doesn't specifically say anything about HP, but you can gather from the deathly hallows symbol in it. But as you said, your body, your money.

I have fiction tattooed on me in remembrance if The Rev. I love band related tattoos and it's your body. If it means something to you, that's all that matters. :)

i think if you want to get a band tattoo then you should go for it. i plan on getting a malice mizer tattoo when i can bc that band means quite a lot to me. i simply want the words above the elbow bendy area ????? man, idk what it's called.

If band related tattoos are what you want, then by all means, go for it. As you said, your body, your money, and it's no one else's business. Personally, I think they're badass. And sometimes it can be fun trying to guess what band it's related too if you're not into said band that much :P

I have a band tattoo on my left shoulder. It's the Black Veil Brides star with 'Never Give In' written over it. 'Never Give In' is the title of one of the songs on the first album, and it has a far deeper meaning to me than just the band and song. Like you, I don't have the band's name anywhere. To anyone who doesn't know BVB, it's just a star with three words. And even if I go off the band (which I don't see happening, but it is possible!) then the meaning behind my tattoo will always be there.

As long as that tattoo means something to you, and you're not going to regret it 5, 10, 15 years down the line, then it's totally fine.

I have Kill Hannah's heart target logo and one of their lyrics on my thigh along with a feather. I personally like band tattoos because it shows how dedicated a fan is. Plus the bands dudes usually like it haha.
