Message one has been all fixed now. The last page was a suggestion from a few people and it worked so thank you hugely! Still having issues with the friend request one though. It's from different people, but it's not going anywhere. I'm gonna give it today to see if it does anything, and if it doesn't, I'll find and message Dujo to see if any advice can be given there.

Yeah, definitely check the last page of your inbox. You can just delete that message because it'll be empty. It should go away. I had the same problem a couple weeks ago and Katie told me how to fix it.

If the friend request is from the same person (because I've received two before), click Accept on one and then Decline on the other one and it'll go away. If it's from two different people, then I don't have any advice there. However, it seems to be a thing with some other Mibbians, as well. I've seen it mentioned a couple of times in the forums, though I haven't seen a solution.

To get rid of the fake message alert, go to your inbox and click to your oldest page of read messages. The unread one with the orange square will be there. View the message and it will go off your alerts.

You can try contacting Dujo or another admin to let them know. I had to do it once, getting ghost alerts.
If there's really no ghost message in the back of your inbox, then it could be a different issue that only someone who can access the site code can resolve.

Is it, or is it not one of the most frustrating things ever? Like, there's no correct way of formatting something. As long as nothing's misspelled without it being on purpose and explained, then it should be fine. :c

Really? Something similar happened to me before, except it was a blog comment a friend of mine posted while using my account and I ended up getting banned for it. o-e

Try going to the very last page of your messages. The first comment posted on here said that there's a blank message there that can be deleted and it'll go away. It seemed to work for me. :) I still have the notification thing though. >.>

Tsk, darnit. I wonder what the problem could be? I suppose just click Accept rapidly and then move on and it'll disappear? I'm not sure, I think that worked for me once? Hm.

Oh my god I've gotten at least a dozen messages saying my titles weren't formatted properly.

Also, I got a message for bashing because I wrote in the beautifulpeople.com thread and said that I was being voted in and then back out and then at the end I put "asswipes" and I guess that's just too offensive even though I was kidding. I'm so sick of the strictness and people acting like they need to use their power over the dumbest things.

Also, my messages says I have 1 but I don't. :/ It's been like that for weeks.

I have tried that, but it hasn't worked. I've refreshed, logged out then in again... I've tried all possible things. It won't even let me decline it so I can find her profile and add her myself. D:

Ahah, really? Awe, thank you. :') Sometimes Mibba does bugger up a little and unsubscribe you from some stuff. It's done it to me a few times. But I'm glad you'll be able to go and read it now. ^-^ <3

The friend request, is it double from the same person? If it's the same one, then accept the first and decline the second. You'll still be friends and it'll get rid of the second one. c:

If it's two different people with two different requests, then hm. I suppose just accept and let the page wait for a little bit and then move on to a few other pages on Mibba and the alert should disappear. At least, it's done so for me before.

The message is an "empty message" in the last page of your messages. Delete it from there. As for friend requests, I've had that issue too and I just had to play around with it for a bit, sadly. It could take a few tries.
