i'm doing camp nano for the first time ever, but as far as ik it's basically "national writing month" where users (from all over) make an account & write a 50,000 word goal story (or more) in a month. & if you enter that before the deadline, you apparently win camp nano.
it's just a fun little thing that people do. camp nano's only difference is that of being in "cabins" with other people. i'm in a cabin with mibbians so it's helpful to get some more tips & what not as well as motivation!
