HOLY SHIT. IT'S ALL OVER TUMBLR. The whole Pete calling that dude out because some fucker had HIS NUDES ON A POSTER OR SOMETHING. Son of a bitch... Corpus Christi, Tx just went down as the shittiest fandom for FOB. At least I'm not from CC, but still... Jeez. :/

OK, this may be such a dick ting to say but I did not expect the crowd that showed up. No disrespect to FOB/Paramore, but I was like, "Pssh, easy peasy." But yeah.. I`m uploading my pics and same bids (my phone ALWAYS starts dying towards the end of concerts) so I'll post them up soon. But yah, the heat hete can be brutal, so I hope for the kid that passed out was able to get better and still enjoy the show.

I need to Mae a correction. It wasn't Death Valley that was the impromptu, unrehearsed extra song - it was Where Did The Party Go. I am an idiot lol!

And yah, I will admit, short, blonde hair guys aren't really my thiin, but something about Patrick (from the beginning of FOB) always had my interest. And with his boost of self confidence over the years has really become a sexy, yet amazing thing to see. But yeah, she was stuck in the darkness, but she found the light! WE SAVED HER!!! lmao! Oh, and we liked their dedication song Queen's 'We Are The Champions" for the parents that brought their kids and that were rocking out wih them. He was like "We want to dedicate this doing to all the cool parents who stood with their kids in line and are here, rocking out with us with your kids. That's pretty fucking amazing of you, and this heat you have to deal with, so we want to dedicate a song to you parents."

Then Patrick rises with the piano, plays a snippet of the song, then BAM - into Save Rock and Roll.

It was awesome and emotional at the same time. I don't know if they'll ever come back here to Corpus again, but thank goodness they came anyway!

That really sucks. Being from the tri-state area, I can't even imagine how suffocating the heat must be down there. Luckily the Monumentour show I went to was not packed at all. There was so much room in the pit, it was unbelievable. I was so happy though, we actually had room to sit down on the ground in between sets without being in anyone's way. I've seen some really bad pits at FOB shows though, blood and injuries and groups of people being pushed down in the middle of the crowd. It sucks.

Aww Patrick :') He is such a sweetheart, it's unbelievable. I love that he tried to connect with his bilingual fans like that, regardless if he was pronouncing things wrong or not. And not thinking Patrick Stump is attractive? Is that even possible? He is so cute it's almost criminal. Swoon

yeah, I have a hear condition that I need to stay on top of sine I had surgery a few years ago. On top of that, Texas heat is no joke. Sadly, there was one kid (13 or so) that had passed out during New Politics show. We made her room to get through, but the crowd was brutal. Any open spot, they were either going to elbow you through or push you. I don't do that, and I sure as hell don't wanna be crammed up and can't see with a damn. So that's why we moved to the side and got a great view still.

I would hope that they would either put a DVD of their live show because it was amazing. Yes, they PYROS and the lights and tvs made it, but their energy was enough to get you pumped, even without all that fancy stuff lol.

Lol, yeah. Patrick started off strong and did a few sentences, but I had read in a Tweet that he doesn't annunciate strong nor speak phrases often because he's afraid he is either saying it wrong or that he will offend someone. But yeah, it was adorable! Even my friend, who had told met hay she wasn't that big of a Patrick fan (as in thinking he is attractive) had said during the show he was alright. By the end, she was like, "Oh my... Ok, fine. He's cute." hahaha! Patrick Stump's cutie pie-ness STRIKES AGAIN!

omg I feel you on the sweatiness factor. Recently at shows I never feel like fighting my way to the front anymore just because I hate getting all hot and lightheaded and it's always so cramped and I can hardly move and the pushing and everything is just...ugh. Not to mention I have health complications that make it so that I fatigue quickly if I'm on my feet for too long. I feel like an old person because I always opt for the handicapped seats at the small venues I go to, haha.

Yesss the drum battle though. I hope they sell a live CD of this tour like they did with the Honda Civic Tour in 2007. (At least I think it was that tour? Whatever tour Live in Phoenix came from)

OH MY GOSH I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT YOU MENTIONING HIM SPEAKING SPANISH. That's so adorable, he was probably mumbling because he was worried that he was pronouncing things wrong or something (assuming he's not fluent, I do know he has an affinity for learning new languages, though.)

yeah, I had taken a shower last night because I ws soaked from not only people spraying water at us but my own sweat, and I had to take another full one. In fact, I just go out haha! But yes, that drum battle was magical. they need to out that shit in a bottle and sell it, it's that good. He was all hyped up, and so was Andy during the battle. He would smirk here and there, but luckily, he was getting into the songs that he was slightly head banging. He was being Andy - serious business behind the kit :)) I could not get over how adorable Patrick was when he started talking to crowd. He was, "Hi! How are you?" Cool :)) The speaking of the Spanish was adorable since I'm assuming he was in South Texas and we do have quite a few Mexican Americans who are bilingual, so that as rather sweet. I just couldn't understand him since he was mumbling shyly though his wording hahaha!

I, too, am a sucker for guitarists and drummers (musicians in general). Hell, mu daughter's father is a drummer and I play a number of instruments, so I guess it is true - what you're used to seeing is what you find attractive lol! Patrick, Andy, Joe and Pete we wonderful last night! I'm just hoping they enjoyed themselves as much as we enjoyed them :)

Yes, that would be awesome! I'd love to see the pictures and stuff you took. I know, it sucks that iphones always make everything look farther away. The same thing happened when I saw them, but I was like, "Whatever, I got to see them up close in real life, so that's all that matters."

THE DRUM BATTLE WAS MY FAVORITE PART OH MY GOD I think I'm just a sucker for drumming Patrick like I don't even know why. I have a thing for drummers and bassists, I think. But really though I was freaking out when that happened because the mashup they played along to was sooo fucking good. Just everything about that concert was perfection Cool

yeah, my friend and I were bummed and as a joke I told my friends, "Haha! Paramore is skipping town" and well... They didn't come out on stage. :| But yeah, last night was amazing and I hate the fact that I was closer than what my phone is portraying, but it's all good. Loved their impromptu's performances and how they were able to brave the heat. And the Joe bit - I am so happy to have seen Joe pumped through the concert. And I hope he could get the vibes from the crowd that we appreciated him. On top of that - the crowd went fucking wild during the drum battle. I was just bummed that it was over. Obviously, I wanted it to last forever and they didn't have to leave, but, they had to go home. I enjoyed myself! And FOB FOR LIFE, SON!

Dude, that sucks that Paramore couldn't come out, aww man. BUT they played Beat It which is fucking awesome oh my god. The last time I saw them play Beat It live was in 2007 and I was screaming like nobody's business. They do it sooo well. And fuck anyone who doesn't give Joe the credit he deserves; they've obviously never seen him play live. Even in the studio stuff, you can hear him goin' hard, I mean, what about that guitar solo in 27? Patrick didn't do that all on his own. TROHMAN 4 LYFE
