I've only joined the site recently so this is really crazy to me. I'm a firm believer in writing for yourself before you write for others. The fact that people are making a fuss about not getting comments on their work, I get it, but like I said, write for yourself.
On a happier note, this did make me smile.
Nothing is censored in our writing. Nothing. We can write about whatever we want, provided that it's rated properly, and that's a lot better than other writing sites. Writing for yourself is the only way you'll love what you write, because if you write just because you think it'll attract a big audience and not because you're passionate then that's sad and you probably won't enjoy sitting down and writing the 1000-odd word chapters that come with the territory.
