I think you need to sit down with your boss and tell him that friday is the only day that you can work and not to schedule you on any other days. Make sure you emphasize that if he schedules you any other days, then you will not come in on those days, telling him that you gave him the days you can and cannot work. If he can't do that, I would just quit.
