It really does not sound like they are treating you right there. And it might be hard to get up the courage to quit, but I really think that you should. You could find a way better job out there for you. I know that it's not really my place to say that. But quitting is so complicated and sometimes you need support. I know I'm just a person on the internet. But I'm here for you if you decide to quit. Arms

It really sucks that they don't trust you guys like that. It's unjustified to be suspicious of every employee just because of one person who messed everything up. It was getting to that point at the store I was working at, too. There were two guys who worked in the department before I was there. And they stole thousands and thousands of dollars worth of electronics. And, because of that, they watched us all really closely. We constantly had to count phones and tablets and all that jazz. And they started to become strict on who goes on break when. We couldn't take breaks at the same time. Because that is what the two guys used to do. And one of the managers accused my sister (who still works there) of stealing something last week. Which she didn't, of course. And there are a billion cameras that they are always watching. And I heard that they pick an employee every week to keep a close eye on. Which scared me to death.

Sorry about the rambling. I'm just upset that stores can't just trust their employees like they are supposed to. And I think you deserve a better job where they treat you right.
