30 Things About Me - Comments

  • @ SmilingScarlet
I don't appreciate you twisting my words and assuming things of me. I don't go around saying that about abortion. I only said it in here because that's how I see it. It's my opinion. And it isn't judging at all. That's how I see abortion. Yet if I said that the women who get abortions are terrible then I would be judging. But I didn't say that.

    @ Proud Saiyan Warrior
Thank you, I really appreciate it. I think some people are just mad at me because I gave my view of Ferguson. I didn't mean to start anything. Sad but I'm stopping with my replies so hopefully that ends it :3

I feel your wording of your feelings on abortion are a bit offensive. While I agree women have the right to choose, I disagree with your description of abortion as killing or preventing a child. It is a very negative view to have on abortion and it tends to counteract progress made in the area of securing women's rights.
A Christian does not judge so harshly. I may fail in my faith, but I don't go around telling anyone they are killing a child.

I really don't want to start arguments. This blog was simply a blog for people who are judging me and others, and I know people make blogs like these, yet I have never bothered. I made one now.

So I will just say again, please know I'm saying it in the nicest tone, I have my views and my opinions. I am not concerned about other people or other racists when it comes to describing me. That's great that these racists have friends of color and justify slurs with them. But again, that's not me. I'm me. Stop comparing me and my personality and opinions to others.

    Thank you :)

  • There are plenty of racists with friends of color. In fact, a lot of racists will literally pop off with a racial slur and justify it with having friends of color.

  • People can be racist and have friends of color.

Just like misogynist date/sleep/and make families with women.

But okay. I was referring to the comments in Nic's blogs.

    God bless and goodnight.

  • @ essence.
I'm sorry, but I don't know what you're talking about. This is a blog about things I felt people should know about me. Not sure what you are referring to in my blog...

    @ jerek sandcaster.
If I was racist, I wouldn't have friends of color. So in my mind, it makes sense because it's me. I'm not you or your neighbor.

  • To address number two, I've not taken a sociology quiz but I can assure you with one hundred percent accuracy that being friends with people who are not white doesn't mean anything in terms of possibly being racist. Just like my straight friends having me as a friend doesn't mean they're not biphobic. It's one of the most damaging arguments to make and it means nothing. Gosh, my best friend has a neighbor who is married to a Mexican man, her son is therefore half, and she constantly makes racist remarks about Hispanic people.

  • Why are you trying to prove that you're not racist and saying you have friends of color?

    Like..okay. And?

We gave you facts. Cold hard facts that can be proven and backed up because you said things that were not true and could not be backed up with facts.

It's not personal. Don't take it personal. No one was judging you.

We didn't target you, either btw.
