    @ losing control.
Thanks, I was actually just thinking about the fact that I think it's going to be pretty different so I wasn't sure if I would keep it. It's just hard to judge whether or not the change is big enough to start from scratch with everything. I'm changing the OC's name, because lets face it, the name I used originally was very ridiculous.

This is much more frustrating than I imagined it being. Lol

But thank you for your input! I'm thinking about maybe just deleting it altogether Confused

I don't think there's exactly a normal protocol for rewriting a story, but I feel like I'm rather experienced because I've rewritten like all of my stories XD

Usually I just delete the chapters and keep the story page, because like you said, then the subscribers get notified and you get to keep your old comments and things like that. But if I'm completely revamping a story and changing a lot about it, I'll remake everything. It's hard starting from scratch, but that way people don't expect the same story and get something completely different, you know?

So it really depends on how much you're actually changing the story and whether or not you want to keep all of your old stuff. At least that's how I decide which I want to do!

I hope that helped a little Facepalm Good luck with your rewrite! Cute
