I wish I had some sort of kind words to offer but I am going through the exact same thing - minus the gramma, my stepdad does the cooking - and have been feeling the same way. I bought a scale and was so excited to monitor my eating and do some healthy recipes, and then the number went down and then back up.

I feel like some small ways to help this is to drink only water - cold, if you can, I heard somewhere cold water is best - instead of soda or anything with sugar. Find some healthy recipes and ask your gramma to teach you how to cook! This might help her to feel comfortable not always cooking and cooking smaller portions and stuff, because you will be helping.

But you know what? You can text me any time (if you still have my number, or just message me) if you need to vent. And know, I think you are seriously stunning<3

I really know the feeling with this, I'm so sorry you're not happy with yourself Arms I've been gaining weight consistently for years and I just can't seem to change my habits so I stop. It's so difficult. You're super gorgeous though, really. And I know me telling you that won't change your entire mindset or anything, but I really believe it Arms

I've been trying to make small changes. Like drinking more water instead of juice and soda, or eating smaller portions, and eating healthier things more frequently because I tend to not eat anything all day and then binge super hard. It's super tough, and I'm having such a hard time sticking to it, but it'll get there. If you ever need someone to talk to/motivate you/anything, just message me. I'm always happy to talk Hug
