Thank you so much (: Your advice is much, much appreciated.
I slept for awhile and took some Excedrin for migraines and Tums for my stomach and I feel a bit better. I also went to a walk-in clinic and got a note for work, also they recommended I get blood work done. Not because of my migraine but because I haven't had it done in two years (cue severe panicking).
Also that little hug smiley is so cute it made me smile!

    Hug Sorry you're feeling shitty.

Sometimes, with my migraines, it helps to like sit or lay your head a certain way for while. Or to take a bath/shower. Or to get some over-the-counter pain killer PM and sleep it away. I also find that using pain killers that specifically for migraines (rather than just ibuprofen or aspirin or whatever) helps too.

And I've been told this by ER doctors, but the recommended dosage of like 1 to 2 pills at a time is, and I quote, "generally written for frail 80 pound old people," so if you're not, you can up the dosage to three or four pills at a time and you can safely switch back and forth between Tylenol (Acetaminophen) and Motrin (Ibuprofen) to help keep the pain at bay - meaning, if it's recommended to take ibuprofen every four hours and you feel pain returning or not lessening after two hours, you can take a dose of acetaminophen at the two hour mark, and then take the ibuprofen again at the four hour mark, and so on.

I don't know if that'll work for you, but it might.

    * Usually I get migraines around my period or when I'm stressed.
