I'm the same way as you in that I almost never feel bad for sleeping late because whenever I do, it's usually because I'm exhausted. I'm glad that you go to go on a decent walk today! I'm sure your video of it will be fantastic
1. My day was pretty much the same old thing. I will admit that it felt nice to not have that feeling that I had to get a gazillion things done It's been really chill.
2. Honestly, I prefer running because of the endorphins Gotta get that runner's high. But walking, being outside, enjoying the fresh air and nature is really nice too.
3. I work second-shift, so I don't get off of work until 11 PM, and I don't get home until 11:30. I try to make it to bed by midnight so that I can wake up at 6 AM and get my run in, but lately, I haven't been getting to bed until 1 AM or 2 AM
Usually I don't like sleeping in late though to be honest, especially because I always feel like I've wasted part of the day. But thanks! I actually was so tired last night that today I wasn't even sure if I had blogged at all.

2. I tried running a little, just to see if my leg would do it, but I've got a horrible limp when I run and I wasn't wearing the proper shoes.
3. Damnnn. When I was working I worked usually at 10pm and didn't get home until like 2 or 3 so I'd end up going to sleep around like 4 or so and I hated that. Now though, I'm usually in bed around midnight.
