Seeing a psychic sounds really fun, I have to admit, but then I'll also admit that it's something that's really scared me. Funny thing is that I'm going to start counselling now, so I guess that if I can manage seeing a counsellor without bolting away from the awkwardness of the initial first few sessions then I could manage seeing a psychic. I have a friend who goes to see a psychic regularly and she said the same thing about the psychic being able to tell her things that nobody else knew.
One thing that rubbed me up the wrong way a bit was the idea of summoning or connecting to the dead.
I guess I get worried that if the psychic summons someone from the dead it'll be someone who hated me and they'll come and choke me to death.
I think I would want to just leave the dead in peace personally, but then again I completely understand why somebody who has unresolved issues or questions for someone who died would like to connect with them again.
It was a great time, I dont really have much confidence at all but I do have self-belief that I think comes across as confidence haha
A psychic is great fun, they will tell you good things but they will also tell you bad things, Ive been told bad things and it does shock me a little bit. I only believe in them because my Mum saw one when I was a baby and everything the psychic told my Mum has come true...
Contacting the dead isnt something a psychic does unless you want them too, usually involves the use of a ouija board which to be honest is down right dangerous because it can result in a poltergeist or something like that!!
You should see one, they are so interesting and in a way addictive - Ive seen three just to see if what they say cross over each other, and they do!!
