It really is a satisfying feeling.

I pick at the skin on my lips like all the time because my lips are always chapped and I'm bad at basic self care like wearing chapstick. It's satisfying for some reason, but it's really bad and my lips bleed sometimes because of it.

I chew on my gums? That's pretty gross !

But I do the same thing, I have a weird obsession with picking things or popping things. It's such a satisfying feelings to me to pop a pimple. No idea why, and it's super gross but I can not help it.
