It's crazy that there are people who in this referendum voted Leave because they honestly didn't believe it'd happen. Now, I voted for Leave and stand by that but do people honestly not take elections that seriously where they'd vote for a choice just because they couldn't possibly see it happening? I'm baffled that people didn't take it seriously and yet still voted.

But obviously as a Leave supporter I don't think us leaving is remotely similar to Trump - but I do agree that Americans who have been saying 'oh that'll never happen' do need to realise that wait, it could happen. And don't rely on what the bookies say because we were being told it'd be a Remain victory up until about three am.

Amen to this! I'm so worried for you guys if Trump gets in. Hopefully people vote in a way that prevents him from getting in because his rhetoric makes me want to be physically sick -- he's a hateful human being and letting him have power would be a disaster.
