Yeah, sometimes it's just a matter of luck! However, I've discovered that if you start talking to people, expanding out, and looking at other people's work, you receive a lot more feedback! I'm swamped with homework, and one of my pals recommended GrabMyEssay to me. Do you know that a review from a top author must include a variety of meanings for a term? As far as self publishing goes, I'm not entirely sure if I have to take it down. I know that if you got through an agent and that stuff, you have to delete your stories off any platform.

It's here if you want to read it (unless you have already)

yeah, sometimes with wattpad it's the luck of the draw! although i found that once you start talking to people, branching out, looking at other people's works, you really get a lot more feedback! i was on wattpad for a couple of months and was barely getting any views, then i started making some friends, reading some stuff, and my views doubled seemingly overnight!

that does kind of suck, do you have to take it all down? i know some people leave up a couple of chapters to intrigue the readers so that they're more likely to buy your book! c:

    @ ocarina.

I don't really post elsewhere. I mean, nothing that's not on here. I have a lot of unfinished stories that I really want to post on here, but I'm working on 3 others.

I have Wattpad, and have been a member for 3 years with no feedback whatsoever, which is discouraging.

Thanks! I hope it goes well too. The story is actually still on here, and I'll be sad when I actually have to take it down.

    that's awesome! c:
do you post anywhere other than mibba? i like the idea of self-publishing, but the consensus that i've gathered (which could be totally wrong i know nothing about self-publishing ahah) is that since you're doing away with the publishing house, it's best to have some sort of online audience? since you're basically doing your own marketing too.

let me know how it ends up working out! i'm very interested in the self-publishing world. the only ones i really know of are people that blog/post books online a lot so i guess that's why i made the connection. c:

I'm working on the third draft of a story that I'm going to self publish. Also, it's a bit easier than traditional publishing, because with self publishing you have all the control, which is nice.
