Oh man I'm so so sorry to hear about your sister's baby. Personally I have no idea what she must be feeling but losing a child is the worst feeling anyone can feel. I've had friends lose their children due to the very same cause and it's a long recovery but please let your sister know that none of this was her fault. She mustn't think that it is because she'll never want to try again. You have my sincerest condolences.

Oh gosh, Katie, I'm so sorry. My cousin has had 4 miscarriages due to ectopic pregnancies... The 4th time, her Fallopian tube ruptured and she started hemorrhaging. She almost bled to death.

I don't know why these things happen... and wish there was something we could do to stop it or something we could say to help our loved ones heal. I work at an OBGYN clinic and have spoken with several patients post-partum who had delivered stillborns. :( Even some of our doctors are completely shaken after the fact... Please don't hesitate to private message me if you ever need anything or need someone to talk to. I will keep you, your sister and her husband and your parents and his parents in my prayers during this time of mourning and recovery.

Wow...I don't even know what to say besides I am very sorry for your and your families loss. I can also say I understand some of your pain. My brother and his wife at the time lost two babies; one was a miscarriage, and the other was still-born. Both were traumatic in their own ways, and I couldn't imagine going through anything like that myself.
