Panic Attacks - Comments

  • I'm still not sure what caused my eyes to go weird, exactly. I got my eyes checked and they were perfect so the doctor said it was probably something in my head. And anxiety is always there.
If it happens to you again you should think about seeing a doctor, just in case it's something else :)

It's nice to know I'm not the only one having this issue. This is the first time it's happened to me. I almost wonder if it's like intense amounts of adrenaline. I hope you made out well at the doctor!

  • I also have GAD (I'm actually sitting in the doctor's waiting room right now for a follow up appointment on new meds) and before I was taking anything for my anxiety or seeing anyone for cognitive behavioural therapy, I had 2 really scary instances where my vision went cross eyed but my eyes looked normal to everyone else. So I do think anxiety can mess with your vision. My vision also tends to go black if I'm about to pass out.
