    Thank you Mr. Green

I've heard that Cadbury drinking chocolate is vegan. And I love that with just about any milk haha. I'm not sure if it has palm oil though :/
I can't stand hot chocolate made with water D: My friend drinks it like that and I'm not sure how haha

I don't tend to eat a lot of cereal but I think in general I prefer soy milk. Its thicker. More like milk. I usually have weetbix which absorbs all the milk anyway so it probably doesn't matter all too much haha

Ooh butternut squash lasagne sounds interesting. Have you tried nutritional yeast? That sort of tastes like cheese. You could try use that to make a cheese sauce for it. I love butternut squash on pizza :P

I'm the same with wraps. I only like lettuce, cheese, tomato and something like meat in it. And mayo. I buy those frozen fake schnitzels that are vegan, cook one and then chop it into strip's for a wrap. Or here we have these Quorn brand like... Strips I think theyre called? They're SO GOOD but not vegan so I've been trying to convert to just the schnitzels haha. Kraft do a vegan mayo. Its a bit sweet imo but it's still tasty.

My lunch tends to be my breakfast haha. Right now I've been having hot cross buns but I also have things like toast or weetbix. I tend to eat most later on in the day. Probably not a good thing. So sometimes dinner is my first meal of the day. Followed by desert :P I guess when I get a full time job I'll be bringing lunch in and I'd probably bring in stir fry and reheat it. Or soup. La zuppa have a really good minestrone one. Or cut up fruit and museli bars. I'm a sucker for museli bars...

Luckily my family never used to eat a lot of greasy stuff to begin with. After a while of me being vegetarian and my family seeing that I wasn't starving to death they joined me. They still occasional have meat when guests come over and then eat fish but they've converted like 90% to vegetarianism. It is a lot easier when your family is on board cos you can share the same food. But what I used to do was they'd cook something and I'd just eat whatever parts of it I could like the vegetables and pasta etc and chuck a fake schnitzel in the oven for 10 mins. Or ask them to keep some of the pasta sauce separate from the mince meat. Stuff like that.

Fast food us pretty much out though. Hardly anything is vegetarian :/ It's a good thing for my body but a bad thing when I just want to grab something quick and covered in salt :P

It can be as easy as choosing products like deodorant, yoghurt, ice cream, sour cream, thickened cream, lollies, etc without gelatin in it :) That was the hardest thing for me - learning all the yummy things I could no longer eat haha

I would try doing this too but its hard to go vegan let alone eat healthy with my entire household constantly eating greasy foods (whether it's fast food or just things you cook in grease, they eat it all up) and i can't ask my mom to get anything that's vegetarian because i know she won't get it. XD But i'd like to try some vegan stuff out too. Or at least some healthier alternatives to what i eat anyways.

Good on you, and best of luck!

I totally understand about the non-dairy milk and tea problem. I occasionally buy rice milk, and it doesn't take me long to go off it where milk and tea are concerned. A good substitute I choose is water and hot chocolate (but some do appear to contain milk in the powder). Not so good where palm oil is concerned, depending on the brand, but no milk required! I'm tempted to make my own vegan hot chocolate by finding and following a recipe. Happy face
Hot chocolate doesn't give me heart palpitations and a dry mouth like tea normally does.

Do you prefer soy or rice milk in cereal?

I love cooking stir fries! Shiitake mushrooms and pak choi or spring onions go well with soy sauce and tofu. Another vegeterian meal I have tried to cooked twice (and only succeeded once) was butternut squash lasagna. I'm not sure it would taste the same without cheese though. Think

What do you eat for lunch? Lunch is always the one I struggle with, as I can't put up with the bland taste of bread even with numerous fillings in it. I resorted to wraps initially, which are quick and fun to make, but I have diverted away from them because I only liked eating them with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and meat (chicken, beef).
