Do you think you can start looking for work elsewhere? If not maybe trying to talk to your manager or boss about the work environment? I hope things get better for you.

That sounds like a very uncomfortable environment. I was in a work situation like that before. I started looking for other work. In the mean time I clocked in, did my job, and clocked out. I was polite and civil, but I wasn't buddying up with people.

I started working in October, which means I can't transfer until next month. I love my job, so I would find it best to just work in another area with the same job title. I've thought about transferring, but my boss would just say to buck up and deny my transfer. It's a catch-22 unfortunately.
