God, this all sounds to familiar. Ever since Chester, I too started rethinking parts of my life, trying to "change" thinking patterns out of respect for him? If that makes sense. Like, I want to live a full life, though I am battling with mental health issues. So, I totally understand where you are coming from. And yes, their music will live on forever, and that is how Chester will remain.

It's still crushing me. I'm using my sequel to an old LP fic to get all of my feelings about it out and it hurts a lot.

I think it's wonderful you are going to write drabbles and stories based off your own experience. They can really help some people out.
