Everyone here who has layouts either made them themselves or requested it from a layout maker.
I have my favorite layout maker; her name is Aubrey, or aubs. here on Mibba. She has in the forum section, Aubrey's Graphic Shop.

Just remember, every layout maker has a style, even though they go by your requests. Feel free to search and find the layout maker that is right for you! Often times layout makers, like aubs. they have their work "portfolio" for you to look through, to see what kind of stuff they make.

Follow the layout maker's directions when it comes to request forms. Everyone has their own preferences, and following their directions will avoid confusion and delay in getting your layout.

Since you will be blogging a lot, would you be interested in sprucing up your blog with a layout? You can have one made by makers right here on the site! Just make the request!
You seem to be very passionate about the promotion. Just be careful; you don't want your blogs to become "spam" material. Instead of just posting the same promo every blog, why not talk about what's great about the things you are promoting? Maybe talk about the specific into why you support them so much.
Or that channel you added in this blog. Why not talk about what you like about this studio and their projects?

Also, just an fyi, there is a way to directly place Youtube videos directly onto the blogs:
