I always catch and release them... I always feel bad. Facepalm
The only things I don't feel bad for killing are mosquitoes and ticks. They can all go suck it... in hell.

Same here, I try leaving spiders and bees alone but if a Spider gets too close, I will kill it and the same goes for hornets. Oh god centipedes are creepy! D:

I don't mind spiders so much, but I prefer to respect them from afar. I get that they do a lot to control the pesky bugs (especially the biting kind) so I let them be. Same thing with bees. They do a great deal for my garden plants so I do love them, just won't be hugging one any time soon.

Hornets, on the other hand, no thank you. Thankfully, we don't get a lot of those. Also on the list of things I definitely do not like are house centipedes. THEY ARE SO FAST AND THEY GET SO BIG.

They're little blighters but they don't seem to bother with me so I never have had any issues with them. tehe Ooh, I might pick some up tomorrow! I've been back for 2 days now and they still aren't getting any less itchy with the hydro-cortisol stuff so at this stage, I'm willing to try anything haha! I was putting on aloe gel to preserve my tan while I was away and it was pretty good but I left my stuff in the apartment in Greece, so I might have to invest in more. I honestly don't know how you do this continuously, I've had 2 weeks of it and I'm dying already ha.

You too! I don't know why whoever / whatever created the earth decided mosquitoes were a good idea. No

    @ hopeseok.

    It almost had me. lmfao
But I am glad you enjoyed my documentation.

    @ nearly witches.
I literally have no idea what midges are but they sound horrible if they are even remotely similar to mosquitoes. And getting bit in the ankles and feet are the WORST. If it helps, calamine lotion has helped some of my worst itches and bites. Aloe gel also helps. Some people swear by a simple baking soda paste.

Hope you aren't suffering too badly from the bites. Sad

I just went to Greece for 2 weeks and oh man, mosquitoes. We don't get them in Scotland but we do have midges, which are similar I guess? Anyway, I've never had an issue with any insects/midges biting me before even when I've been abroad but when I was in Greece I was literally chewed alive. My ankles are basically purple from all of the bites they gave me and I had to go to the chemist the second I went home to get some hydro-cortisol cream because I can't stop itching. I don't understand how people have gone their whole lives being bitten because I'm going demented right now.

I'm lucky in the sense that the midges don't bother me and we don't have Greek mosquitoes here (because Spanish/Italian/German ones don't like me it's literally just the Greek ones???) but I feel for you. I hope the bloodsucking bastards don't appear again and you have a relatively itch-free summer. Arms

This entire blog is comedic gold but also I am so sorry that you have to endure this terrible pain and suffering at the hands of the cursed blood-sucking legion. Arms
