Thank you that was helpful. It's just how I have been feeling for so many months and just keep getting disappointed repeatedly seeing how f*cked up people are, and to people that are just so good. It's just getting to the point where I just feel even the little things that I can do are pointless, you know? As if it does not help the full picture.

But you're right thank you for your reply, it did make me feel better. Haha, hopefully I find some fulfillment in that as well. <3

Oh gosh, I know... I honestly don't have a perfect answer to your question, and if somebody knows I also want to know pronto!
To be honest, I reached a point where I felt so disheartened and guilty about it all that I just felt I had to do something; to make a difference. So I just kind of thought 'bugger it' and signed up as an organ donor, gave blood, donated some money to charities I support and became vegetarian. I guess you must tell yourself that while you can't necessarily change others, you can change (or maintain) yourself. Every little helps!

What you are doing at the moment (nursing) is something I think you should feel proud of, and I hope it will help you feel that you're doing good for the world; good luck! Hug
