I had this happen last year. I literally spent almost the entirety of February, March and April in the biggest rut I've ever been in and at the time, I didn't think anything was going to clear up. And honestly, when the clouds went away and the skies brightened up, it was the best feeling ever. Shoot for the clear skies, even if it looks like they won't ever appear because when they do (and they will) then you're going to feel like you're on top of the world.
And the internet is the internet - it's far less important than your own health. Don't worry about apologising to anybody or disappearing. We all do it from time to time, and if it takes a week / a few months of not being online, then that's what you do. Don't stress about things like that - we're all rooting for you!
you have nothing to apologize for. if you have to take “me time” and be offline, then that’s fine! we all have moments where we just gotta exit the internet and work on ourselves. i myself can relate. i’ve just started seeing a therapist/psychologist in january and got on some new meds for my depression/bipolar shit. it’s been a little over a month and i can definitely feel a change. it’s small, but it’s something. if you ever need to talk, i’m here for you! <3
We give a fuck baby, we do. I completely understand how you're feeling, believe me. I'm going through the same fuckin' motions myself. I'm sad, but not as sad as I used to get in high school. I too am trying to be responsible for my own happiness, it's such a process but I very much believe we can both achieve it.
I don't know if you need to hear this but I'm proud of you! Also, if you ever want to talk more PM me anytime
