That's just silly. I think it would be more obvious if you had an eating disorder.
I have a friend who was so tiny that you could see her ribs without her breathing in but she eats like a horse. While me and other friends were trying to lose weight, she was trying to gain it but she couldn't. Never once did I call her anorexic because I know someone from my old school who was anorexic and it was obvious she was.
I would just keep telling your friends very firmly that you're not anorexic. Perhaps try telling them if it upsets you because I'm sure they're not mind-readers(? hehe). There's a difference between being skinny and having an eating disorder.
My mom thinks I'm bulimic. Really, if you did have one they would realize how far off they are when thinking this. Just tell them you don't. If they don't believe you, find some way to prove it.
