I mean, the friends around here tend to abandon me at least once per month for a couple of days.

aww *hugs* I'd be a big fat liar if I told you that I totally understand and I've been there. well to be honest I've been there (in some of the things you've mentioned. not all of them) listen, you're not alone.

My bff can be a really pain in the ass sometimes. like what she did today which by the way made me cry. it started in the morning I was happy to see her I went to hug her and said guess what? her: It's BJ bday! me: and it's local Frerard Day! then I hugged her. her: I'm not hugging you for that. then we didn't talk for like four periods maybe I was extremely mad at her I wanted to cry but I kept holding on. during the second recess I couldn't take it any more; I buried my head in my social studies and started weeping. she didn't bother to see what's wrong with me.
it really hurts when your own bff who is supposed to be the closest person to you treats you like that.
