I have to do the same.. I've got to really work my butt off so I can make it onto my third level of the course I'm doing...
Basically you just need to tell them that you have to cut down on the internet and talking online because you need to focus on your work because you really need to pass the exams your doing... It's the only way you can tell them really. Tell them straight =] Hope I helped =] x
