Uh, I'd say base it on the theme as vampire love? And the three characters be like 'Bella, Edward and Jacob' because they are the main love interest. I'd do it on New Moon because its more, romantically empared. The memorable or surprising part could be when he left her (or in Twilight when she found out he was a vampire, the car scene) and the main conflict of the story would be he loves her but he's not supposed to, because every time he's near her, he wants to kill her. And uh...I think that's it.
