Its cool. If the christians around you are the ones shoving religon down your throat then they aren't showing very christ like attitudes. I could see where you'd be turned off immedietely. But thats ok not to know what you believe yet. I mean, we're teenagers. We have the rest of our lives to figure out what we believe. But just personally christianity is something to hold onto for me. It gets me through my life easier and it does help for me personally. And I just do devotions at home in my bible. Like I said, its all your own personal experiences. And in my experience the thing that i hate the most at that time, is usually the thing that is going to make me think the most and change me the most. If you spend life with issues that aren't controversial you aren't growing. Ya sorta catch me doll? :D If you wanna talk about it, I can give you my insight, and if you just need someone to vent to I'm there. Thats what the nets for yaknow. Anywho, I hope it works out for ya,

I've gone through the same sort of thing with a lot of people. For the most part, my parents have been pretty understanding, but sometimes they do kinda get on my nerves and start pushing. Don't let anyone tell you what to believe. Well, that's easy to say, but people will try. Even if people do try to force stuff down your throat, just remember that there's only one person in control of your beliefs.

Yeah, I don't like people that try to force you to convert. It makes it seem like a cult.
My neighbors are like that. They tried to get me to stop listening to music! (they only listen to hymns they play in church)

Yeah, I'm a Christian. I know God's real and that the Bible is true from personal experience. But shoving it down your throat is only going to turn you off. I know this from personal experience aswell.
And I'm glad you feel better!
