it won't get deleted. it will stay there forever..and people can still get to your story through your profile. it just won't pop up in searches. and i'm sorry about you being homesick. and to make your hair grow longer, keep it clean, combed (i hope you do! haha i don't think you're a pig though because this is common sense and you have that), oh and it helps to not use too much heat on your hair because this breaks it down (along with chemicals). and what works for me, is to spray coconut milk through it. or lime juice. it will grow quicker from all the good vitamins in that. =]

It would be deleted. It just won't show up on the stories list or in searches, so you'll get less readers. All you have to do is find and correct your mistakes.
