Computer People: Help?

OK, for just under a year I've been meaning to get this video of my friends up on YouTube. One small problem...well, not so small. The file is 141 MB, which is WAY too big. And I don't know how to make it any smaller. Can someone give me advice (or step-by-step information that an idiot could understand, I'm not so good with technical computer stuff)? I'd love you forever and even send you the link. It's a damn good video to watch. I'll send virtual cookies and fluffy puppies and you get my drift. Because I'd love to let my friends watch this video after almost a year of only memories, which aren't quite the same. It needs to be seen again!
