Writers & Artists Needed!

So I'm trying to start a magazine - kind of a cross between 'Elle' and 'Kerrang', aka a slightly alternative magazine for girls. It will be based in Cardiff, but as the title suggests, I need writers and artists, artists for like designs and I was thinking of having an art feature in there as well. Writers for all things; articles, reviews, poetry & prose. If you don't live in Wales, thats fine. Reviews can be from all over, and I'd be willing to send you copies if you want to write for it. If you're not from the UK, then we might be able to sort something out if you'd like to see it.
