Have you noticed that.... (about the Simpson sisters)

Jessica Simpson always mentions the fact she's from Texas, and she's got a southern accent; however, Ashlee, from what I have heard her speak, has absolutely no Texan accent.

What is up with that?

My summation is that Jessica's is all part of her person, because she is now all "country" and "good ol' Southern gal," while Ashlee is "metropolitan" and Californian.

I realized that while watching her (horrendous) performance on Dancing With the Stars last night.
Crazy what you realize when you think about things...

p.s. I love DWtS. Cloris is hilarious. I'm rooting for Lance Bass to win (he was my fav. nsync member). Thank GOD Kim Kardashian is gone. She just seemed too "cool for the room" and had noooo charisma.
