Should i go for it ?

my friends all say my voice is amazing , i ain't boasting .
they keep asking me to post a sample of my voice on youtube ,
& hopefully a recording company hears it and likes it .
but i gotta perform my own self-composed song .
i don't think i can do it .
it's a long shot , i'll never be able to make it .

i just remembered my voice hasn't fully broken .
haha . well , it sucks .

i'm all the way over here in singapore ,
a small dot country in the globe .
& everyones all in america , like ,
waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay
over there .
what should i do ?
just take a long shot , & hopefully it hits ?
or just let it go ?
